Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.


1. Returns & Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Items that are on Final Sale/Clearance or Gift Cards are exempt from being returned.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Before sending any items back, you must contact us at support@megahotelsupplies.com.au. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. 

In your email, please provide:

  • Order Number & Copy of Invoice
  • Product Name(s) to be returned
  • Reason for return & Detailed photos of the condition

3. Shipping for Returns

Change of Mind: You will be responsible for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective or wrong, contact us immediately; we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds Processing

Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Note: bank processing times may vary.


5. Exchanges

Fastest Option: Return the original item for a refund and place a new order immediately.

If you prefer a Direct Exchange:

  1. Email us at support@megahotelsupplies.com.au.
  2. Ship the original item back to: 19 Berry St, Clyde, NSW, 2142, Australia.
  3. After inspection, we will dispatch your replacement product.
